By accessing and using the Vedic Echos application and services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Vedic Echos is an AI-powered astrology platform that provides personalized astrological guidance, reports, and insights based on your birth details. Our service includes:

  • Personalized astrological reports and predictions
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly horoscopes
  • Compatibility analysis
  • Life guidance and insights
  • Birth chart analysis
  • Remedial suggestions

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate birth details for astrological calculations
  • Keep your account information up to date
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

Our Service offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscription fees are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device platform.

4.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis through your app store account. You will be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. All billing is managed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective terms and conditions.

4.3 Refund Policy

15-Day Refund Guarantee: We offer a 15-day refund policy for all purchases made through our Service. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the original purchase date.

4.3.1 Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • For App Store purchases: Contact Apple Support or use the App Store refund process
  • For Google Play purchases: Contact Google Play Support or use the Google Play refund process
  • Direct requests: Email us at shivam@maridonmarketing.com with your purchase details

4.3.2 Refund Timeline

All approved refunds will be initiated and completed within 15 days of approval. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method through the respective app store platform.

4.3.3 Refund Conditions

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing proper use of the Service
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service not meeting advertised features
  • Request made within 15 days of purchase

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after using the Service
  • Disagreement with astrological interpretations
  • Requests made after 15 days from purchase
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service
  • Share false or misleading information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Maridon Marketing Private Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

7.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

7.3 Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in our astrological calculations and interpretations, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maridon Marketing Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maridon Marketing Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 Account Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through the following methods:

  • Through the App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account and follow the prompts
  • Email Request: Send an email to shivam@maridonmarketing.com with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
  • Support Request: Contact our customer support team through the app or website

11.1.1 Account Deletion Process

When you delete your account:

  • All your personal data, astrological reports, and preferences will be permanently deleted
  • Active subscriptions must be cancelled through your app store before account deletion
  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt
  • Some data may be retained for legal compliance as outlined in our Privacy Policy

11.2 Account Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. In such cases:

  • You will lose access to all Service features immediately
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled according to app store policies
  • Your data will be handled according to our data retention policy
  • We will notify you of the termination reason when possible

12. App Store and Play Store Compliance

12.1 Apple App Store

If you download our app from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

  • This agreement is between you and Maridon Marketing Private Limited, not Apple
  • Apple is not responsible for the app or its content
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services
  • Apple is not liable for any product claims, including product liability claims
  • Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party claims
  • In-app purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions
  • Refunds for App Store purchases must be requested through Apple

12.2 Google Play Store

If you download our app from Google Play Store, the following additional terms apply:

  • This agreement is between you and Maridon Marketing Private Limited, not Google
  • Google is not responsible for the app or its content
  • Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services
  • Google is not liable for any product claims or damages
  • In-app purchases are subject to Google Play's terms and conditions
  • Refunds for Google Play purchases must be requested through Google Play
  • App updates and distribution are subject to Google Play policies

12.3 Subscription Management

Subscription management is handled entirely through your respective app store:

  • iOS Users: Manage subscriptions through Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
  • Android Users: Manage subscriptions through Google Play Store > Subscriptions
  • Cancellation must be done through the app store, not through our app
  • We cannot process subscription cancellations directly

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015. The arbitration shall be conducted in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through:

  • Posting the updated Terms on this page
  • Sending email notifications for significant changes
  • Displaying notices in the app
  • Updating the "Last updated" date

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.
